By accessing or using zonly.art (the “Site”), operated by Studio Z LLC (“ZONLY,” “we,” “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

You may use the Site for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to disrupt its operation, scrape or harvest content, or access it in violation of any applicable law.

All artwork, images, designs, text, logos, and other content on the Site are the property of Zonly Looman / Studio Z LLC and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. All rights reserved.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written permission. Purchasing a physical or digital work does not transfer its copyright or reproduction rights, which remain with the artist.

• Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice.
• We strive for accuracy, but pricing, availability, and product descriptions may contain errors. We reserve the right to correct errors and to cancel or refuse any order.
• Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Placing an order is an offer to purchase; your order is accepted when we confirm and fulfill it.
• Original works and many pieces are one of a kind; once sold, an item may become unavailable.

We package and ship artwork with care. Shipping timelines vary by item and destination. Because many works are original or made to order, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact sales@studioz.gallery promptly and we will make it right.

Inquiries submitted through the Site (live performance bookings, commissions, or tattoo requests) are requests, not confirmed contracts. A booking or commission is only confirmed once we agree in writing on scope, schedule, and price. Specific deposit, cancellation, and scheduling terms will be provided at that time.

The Site may link to third-party websites and services that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Studio Z LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchases made through it. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Studio Z LLC and Zonly Looman from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.

We may revise these Terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted, indicated by the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
